An experienced Health and Social Care careers advisor with a Level 3 certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP). Specialising in recruiting for Therapeutic care for Children with Emotional behavioural difficulties, Learning difficulties and Autism at all skill levels, support workers to Heads of care. Recruiting passionate candidates across all areas of social care.
Megan Rivers, Director
Megan founded Rivers recruitment because of her genuine passion for the sector, with over 7 years’ experience she has built long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Megan is about to get married and also in the middle of a renovation project.
Katy Green, Senior Recruitment Consultant
Katy holds her L3 in recruitment practice and has over 4 years’ experience, she is passionate about people and gardening. It is likely that if you’re on a video call with her that at least one of her cats will stroll past the screen to say hello.
